What is the After-School Program?
The after-school program teaches Muslim boys and girls the basic knowledge of Aqidah, Hadith, Tafsir, Akhlaq, the goals of Islamic law and much more at an age-appropriate level.
It is particularly important to us that the juniors learn to know and love Allah and his religion, and in doing so develop a strong personality, good character and an Islamic identity.
Boys and girls are taught separately. The age group is 8-14 years.
The courses are taught by Muftiyah Mirah and Ustadh Ishaq.
How do the courses work?
The lessons last one hour each and are held in our campus in Bahria Town Phase 8 and streamed on Zoom.
Every week we try to focus on a specific topic, e.g. Wudoo, prayer, Ramadan, etc. We make sure that the juniors can memorize at least 20 suras per year and understand their meanings.
Every week there may be small homework assignments.
At the end of the course there will be a small exam and the successful course participants will be issued a certificate.
Every 2 months a parent coaching session is planned, in which parents can receive general coaching in Islamic child rearing. Furthermore, parents are informed in these coaching sessions about which topics we are currently teaching and which topics are planned. Parents then also have the opportunity to ask specific questions.
